Learning from the past so as to know where we are going
There is an untapped opportunity from advanced simulation models to predict behavior before touching the building
To develop a robust catalog of best practices of solution tailor-made to different climates
To provide incentives to push the diffusion of holistic green rating standards to resolve the split incentive issue (both developer and tenant)
